The play “Ficções” is inspired by Yuval Harari’s best-seller “Sapiens”, in which actress Vera Holtz unfolds into characters, sings, improvises, talks to the audience, jokes and encourages them to think. A challenge that offers us reflections on human evolution and the path it takes.
Vera Holtz, who won an award for her brilliant performance in “Ficções”, will be on stage accompanied by musician Federico Pupii. The monologue was written for the actress and fuses “Vera Viral”, as her quirky Instagram persona, with the actress, the grey-haired, childless woman who questions: what are we doing with our virtues?
A unique and powerful show that takes us on a journey through human history, which will lead us, hand in hand with one of Brazil’s best ever actresses, to a mandatory and necessary reflection.
