An inescapable figure on the national rap scene, NERVE is a member of the trio ESCALPE and creator of PURGA.

His discography stretches back to 2005 and includes a handful of solo projects, such as the disruptive debut album ‘Eu Não das Palavras Troco a Ordem’ and the impactful ‘Trabalho & Conhaque’, as well as dozens of collaborations with artists such as Slow J, Capicua, Orelha Negra, Sam The Kid, Keso, among others.

In 2020 he presented ‘Tríptico’, a tripartite track produced by Il-Brutto. In the same year, he released ‘Mínimo’ with Ghost Wavvves and debuted ESCALPE – a trio he formed with
Il-Brutto and rapper TILT. In 2021, the rapper appeared on Sam The Kid’s ‘Primeira Vez’ project, with the premiere of the track ‘100 Problemas’ on Antena 3’s YouTube channel. This was followed by ‘Bonasera’ with Blasph, ‘Quezília’ with ESCALPE and ‘Kylo’ solo in 2022. This year, the rapper collaborated again with the ESCALPE trio on the explosive track ‘Pratta’, which had its own video clip on Il-Brutto’s YouTube channel.

NERVE is the creator and curator of the PURGA – Sessões de Poesia (Poetry Sessions) project, founded with the aim of offering a space to share original poetry spoken by those who write it, in which he has organised dozens of sold-out sessions from the north to the south of the country since 2019.

A teacher at the School of Innovation and Creation Technologies on the Hip-Hop Production and Creation course, NERVE is a multidisciplinary artist
with work developed in the areas of writing, production, graphic design, illustration, 2D animation, realisation and artistic direction.
Most of his musical catalogue was entirely written, performed, produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by himself, who is also responsible for all the graphics.

At live shows, armed with heavy bass instrumentals, dirty beats and some of the most impressive lyrics in Portuguese rap, NERVE performs
accompanied by Il-Brutto.
