NENA and JOANA ALMEIRANTE – TWO Pairs of Boots
They say there’s no style like country when it comes to telling stories and Nena and Joana Almeirante, two of the most promising artists of the new generation of Portuguese music, have plenty to tell.
They have been doing so through their originals, but recently they discovered that they share a passion for country music and all the aesthetics that surround it – from the chords to the boots – and that they have many references in common. From this harmony and the friendship that followed, came the desire to come together on stage and let the public know what unites them.
With a repertoire ranging from Shania Twain to Taylor Swift, classics such as Dolly Parton, The Chicks or Johnny Cash and, of course, their own songs, Nena and Joana will bring a captivating, relaxed and certainly unforgettable show to Casino Figueira on 23 November 2024.
