The 58th Vodafone Rally de Portugal, which takes place from 15 to 18 May, is the fifth of the 14 stages of the World Championship and promises to be the most epic of the year, with 12 Rally1 cars, 55 Rally2 cars and the return of a Portuguese driver to the top category of the WRC!
Organised by the Automóvel Clube de Portugal, it has the support of Turismo do Centro and the municipalities of Águeda, Albergaria-a-Velha, Arganil, Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, Góis, Lousã, Mortágua and Sever do Vouga. The big news is the return of the Portuguese round of the World Rally Championship to Águeda, Albergaria-a-Velha and Sever do Vouga.
The first event to count towards the competition takes place on 15 May, at 7.05pm, in Figueira da Foz, with an urban ‘superspecial’.
