JOANA ALMEIRANTE (solo) INVITES MIGUEL ARAÚJO
Born in Santa Maria da Feira, Joana Almeirante takes her first steps in music very early, when at the age of 13 she starts studying music and has a first serious contact with the guitar. Later, she enrols in the professional course of jazz instrumentalist, in guitar, in the JOBRA Music Conservatory. She is currently preparing his debut album, after having released the EP “Ilusão”, in 2022.
For this special concert she invites Miguel Araújo. The collaboration between the two is nothing new: Joana Almeirante is part of the band of the musician from Porto since she was 18 and her debut single was written by him.
Therefore, a relaxed show is expected, with songs written by both and a complicity that will not leave anyone indifferent.

CAROLINA DE DEUS (trio) INVITES ANTÓNIO ZAMBUJO
Carolina de Deus is already one of the revelations of Portuguese music of 2022. At the age of 22, the Lisbon-born singer-songwriter made waves with her debut single “Talvez…”, released in January. Since then, she has seen her still short career recognised with a nomination for the Golden Globes, in the category “Revelation of the Year” and the success of her debut song made her the most searched Portuguese artist on the Shazam application, in Portugal. As influences, she cites various names, from Amy Winehouse and The Beatles to Bárbara Tinoco, Jorge Palma and António Zambujo. It was precisely the latter that he chose to invite for this special concert at CAE.
Together they will perform themes from their respective repertoires and share songs and artists that influence them, in a certainly unforgettable evening.
