Walk for the Month of the Heart – 22/05/2023 at 9h30.
Come celebrate the Month of the Heart with us!
The activity will have an estimated duration of 1 hour, will be of low degree of difficulty and will be done on a route without signs, accompanied by members of the organization. The route will start at the Figueira da Foz/Buarcos Health Centre Car Park, passing by the waterfront and walkways of our beach and will end at the same place (circular route).
Programme
9.30am – gathering
10am – beginning of walk
Participants should wear clothing appropriate for the season, appropriate footwear for the activity and bring food reinforcement/hydration adapted to their needs. The organisation is not responsible for any damage that may occur along the way.
We are waiting for you! Just meet us at the entrance of the Health Centre.
