Amadeo and Lucie live a great love story when the First War and the Spanish Flu devastate Europe. The painter is inspired by moments of his daily life to retain the future he dreams of painting. Landscapes, dogs, dancing and kisses inspire dozens of paintings. A changing world is being lived, between the studio in Manhufe and the parties in Paris; the first exhibitions take place, plans for the future are launched, and Amadeo paints incessantly. His life is more than intense: full of pain and love, it is fleeting.
